Schoolio / Sekolah Pintar is a multi-role school operations platform built for Indonesian schools. It connects administrative setup, classroom workflows, academic structure, parent visibility, reporting, and governance into one coherent system.
Many school workflows still live across paper, spreadsheets, whiteboards, file sharing, and chat apps, while parents and students depend on manual updates from the school office.
The core challenge was not just feature count. The platform needed clear role boundaries, multi-tenant isolation, ownership checks, and auditability so sensitive academic workflows stay controlled.
I implemented Schoolio with Next.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and role-based access for admins, teachers, students, and parents. The product covers authentication, onboarding, user management, parent invites, school tenancy, academic years, classes, subjects, majors, schedules, attendance, assignments, submissions, grading, question bank, materials, forum, notes, calendar, notifications, analytics, settings, and report cards. The backend path follows a strict browser-to-middleware-to-route-to-handler-to-Prisma structure, with CSRF protection, rate limiting, school-scoped queries, ownership checks, and audit logs for sensitive operations.
